Diamond & Pearl checklist

Diamond & Pearl kicked off the fourth generation in 2007, taking the card game into the Sinnoh region and bringing a big new idea with it: the Pokémon LV.X. These were special "level-up" cards you placed on top of a Pokémon mid-game to power it up, and they instantly became the era's big chase. This opening set introduced them with the three Sinnoh starters — Torterra, Infernape and Empoleon LV.X. It's very much a "start of a new era" set, fresh card design and all, and a natural first stop if you're collecting the Diamond & Pearl years.
