Neo Destiny is the grand finale of the classic era — the last Neo set, and the very last English set to carry a 1st Edition stamp, which gives it real end-of-an-era weight. It took the Shining idea and ran with it, packing in eight Shining Pokémon as secret rares. The crown jewel is Shining Charizard, widely rated one of the best Charizard cards of the entire Wizards of the Coast era, with Shining Mewtwo close behind.
