EX Team Magma vs Team Aqua is one of the most unusual sets Pokémon has ever made, and a real cult favourite because of it. Released in 2004, its whole gimmick is that you pick a side — every Pokémon belongs to either Team Magma or Team Aqua, and you build your deck around one villainous faction. That means cards like Team Magma's Groudon ex and Team Aqua's Kyogre ex, the two legendaries dressed up in their respective team's colours.
