Egawa is a more recent name, but he's made a big impression fast. His thing is drama — big, detailed, dynamic scenes where the Pokémon are caught mid-motion, full of power and movement. His full-art cards are where he really lets rip; there's one of Zekrom tearing through the clouds with N on its back, motion blur and all, that feels more like a film still than a trading card. If you want cards that look like an action sequence frozen at its best moment, that's Egawa.
