Hyogonosuke did something genuinely clever that rewards paying attention: across a whole run of Scarlet & Violet sets, he quietly drew nine separate illustration rare cards that, when you line them all up in a 3x3 grid, join together into one big connected picture. Skwovet, Magikarp, Combee, Gligar and the rest — each lovely on its own, but a hidden mural if you collect the lot. It's the sort of long-game, reward-the-collector idea you can't help but admire. Beyond that trick he's a gorgeous full-art artist in his own right, so keep an eye out for his name.
