If you've spotted a few artists credited as "PLANETA [something]", that's because PLANETA is a design studio, and its artists get tagged with the studio name plus their own — Mochizuki is one of them. They specialise in 3D CG with a real sense of presence and drama: the kind of polished, cinematic full-art you get in modern sets. It's a different beast to a hand-painted card, but when it's done well it's genuinely striking, and PLANETA's team are among the best at it.
